Coconut Chutney

Coconut chutney is a very easy to prepare chutney that can be had with anything like idli, dosa or even rice. Make this easy coconut chutney.

 

YIELD – 2 Servings

Ingredients:

Coconut – 1/2 cup.
Roasted gram dhall – 2 tbsp.
Green chilli – 2no.
Garlic – 1 cloves
Salt To Taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Curry leaves few spring
Mustard – 1tsp
Urad Dal- 1/2tsp
Hing – 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Grind green chilli and roasted gram dhall together.
  2. Add coconut and garlic and grind with salt to a nice paste.
  3. Transfer it to a bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and season it.
  5. Add the seasoned oil to the ground chutney and mix well.
  6. Serve with any kind of breakfast.
