Tofu Paratha is healthy yet tasty. I never tasted Tofu/Bean curd until before I tried out this paratha since I thought it wont be so tasty but believe me this is simply very delicious. Ideal Lunch box recipe and it will be soft till you eat. The basic Idea is from Aloo Paratha procedure and even I tried adding pickle masala instead of adding masala powders, both versions are really tasting awesome. Try this paratha and you too will feel to do twice or thrice a month like me purely for the taste.
Wheat Flour- 1 1/2 -2 cups
Firm Soft Tofu / Beancurd- 200grams
Coriander Leaves- 4tbsp chopped
Red Chilli Powder-1tsp
Coriander Powder-1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala-1 tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil/Ghee To fry
In a large bowl crumble the tofu add coriander leaves.
Heat oil in a wok, add all masala powder, saute for a while.
Pour it to the tofu and mix well with spoon.
Sift wheat flour add little by little to the tofu mix and prepare a soft firm dough(do not add water to make dough as tofu will act as a good binding agent).
Add little oil on to the top of dough and cover it with lid, set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portion and roll it as thin chappati.
Heat a flat griddle place the paratha and fry both side till light golden color with oil applied.
Serve with Curd and any Curry of your choice.

If you have any pickle at home drain a tbsp of masala from pickle without pulp and oil, add it with dough instead of masala powders. This will be more tasty and do not add salt as pickle will have all essential flavors.
